• Participants must be aged 8+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 8-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Reduced ticket available for children aged 8-17, students, desabled and job seekers

Additional information

• At the site, visitors are divided into small groups of up to 3 people to interact with the experience throughout the visit
• Carrying mobile phones or watches during the experience is not permitted. These items can be safely stored in the lockers provided at the venue
• The visual content of this immersive expedition is not subtitled. However, a person wearing a hearing aid can follow and hear the content of the experience. You will be offered a sound adjustment before the immersion to guarantee an optimal audio experience
• People who wear prescription glasses can experience the expedition in virtual reality. The staff will offer you a vision adjustment before the experience begins to ensure your comfort
• The equipment (Computer on the back and headset on the head) is incompatible with carrying a baby in a baby carrier on the stomach or on the back and with a stroller pushed by a visitor

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
