Please be informed that there is variety of on-site restaurants and concessions, and to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience, guests are not allowed to bring bottled water, glass containers, Yeti cups or insulated tumblers, outside food (such as sandwiches or snacks), off-premises alcohol, participate in tailgating or picnics, or feed seagulls

Please be informed that, to ensure safety and enjoyment for all guests, it is required that alcohol purchased on-site may not be taken off the premises, and excessive alcohol consumption may result in ejection without a refund

Please be informed that for the safety of all guests, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, and surfboards are not permitted anywhere on the site, and guests are advised to leave these items at home or secure them before entering

Please be informed that the operator offers multiple on-site parking lots with credit card payment only, where guests park, take a ticket, pay via QR code signs or walk-up kiosks, and keep their ticket to exit; gated lots (Bradford & Kipp Ave) are free when gates are up but paid on weekends, holidays, and event days, ungated lots (Kipp Ave & 6th St) are paid 24/7 via QR code, and Texas Avenue lots offer free parking with shuttle service on select days, while all lots require parking in a single space, prohibit tailgating, grilling, picnics, overnight parking, buses/RVs/trailers in premium lots, disallow re-entry or refunds, and the operator is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, with prices subject to change

Please be informed that for safety reasons, guests who do not meet the required height and/or weight limits may be unable to enjoy certain rides if the safety restraints cannot function properly, with height requirements and ride details posted at each ride entrance and ticket booths, and guests with disabilities should consult a Ride Attendant before boarding for assistance and guidance

Please be informed that rides may close due to inclement weather, including high winds and lightning, and refunds or rain checks will not be issued in such cases
