• Open the usage screen by clicking “Use E-Ticket” in the email received at the time of purchase, or by accessing the link in your voucher. Then, simply hold the QR code over the ticket gate to enter.
• ※If you purchased multiple tickets at once, tapping the ticket will display all available tickets. Each companion should pass through the gate first, and the purchaser must go through last.

Keio Department Store coupon

• The Keio Department Store discount coupon can be used for purchases of 3,000 yen or more (including tax) in a single transaction. Some stores are excluded. The coupon remains valid even on days other than your travel date, as long as it is within the validity period.

Other tickets/vouchers

• Open the usage screen via “Use E-Ticket” in your confirmation email or the link in your voucher, then tap the “Use” button and show the screen to a staff member.

General reminders

• Tickets are only valid during the validity period shown on the QR ticket.Once used, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
• Unused tickets are non-refundable unless cancellation procedures are completed in advance.

• Screenshots or printed copies cannot be used.
• If multiple tickets are purchased in a single transaction, all tickets will be activated at the same time. If you plan to use tickets separately (for example, on different days for different companions), please make separate purchases.
• The ticket is valid only during the usage period shown on the QR ticket. Once use of the ticket has started, refunds are not available, and reissuance is not possible in cases of loss or theft.
• If the ticket is not used without completing the cancellation procedure, the purchase price will not be refunded.
