Booking limitations

• Participants must have a BMI of 37 or lower to join this activity
• Participants who will be entering the water must weigh 136 kg or less
• All guests who will be entering the water must be able to swim without the assistance of a flotation device

Additional information

• Children ages 4 and under are not allowed into the water and must stay onboard the boat with a parent or legal guardian
• This purchase is non-refundable if a snorkeler is directed back to the boat due to insufficient swimming ability as determined by the Captain or crew, if a guest is denied water entry for exceeding the 136 kg weight limit, or in the unlikely event that no manta rays are sighted
• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women in their third trimester. All pregnant women should consult their healthcare provider prior to booking
• Guests may bring their own snorkel equipment onboard. The operator also carries multiple sets on board for those who don't. Please note that the use of full face snorkel masks is prohibited

• Wildlife sightings, including marine life, are natural occurrences and cannot be guaranteed
• When in and around Kealakekua Bay, guests should expect limited to no cell phone service in that area
• The operator's vessel is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to board and move around the vessel independently, including navigating a five-rung ladder to access the restroom, a two-foot step over the transom, and five steps to reach the loading/unloading ramp
• While there is ample dry storage on the vessel, there is always a possibility that what you bring aboard may get wet. If you have valuable electronics that you will be bringing on board with you, we always recommend placing them in dry bags or in Ziploc bags when not in use
