• By car: Drive along Highway 64, exit at Bali Interchange, turn right onto Section 2 of Zhonghua Road, Section 1 of Zhonghua Road, turn left onto Zhongsi Street, then turn left onto Guanhai Avenue.
• By car: From Sanchong, Xinzhuang, Luzhou, and Wugu, take Provincial Highway 15 (Longmi Road) towards Bali - turn right onto Guanhai Avenue and continue straight for approximately 700 meters.
• By car: Drive from Provincial Highway 61, exit at Bali Interchange - turn right onto Zhongxiao Road - turn left onto Guanhai Avenue.
