Booking limitations

• When purchasing tickets, you need to fill in the name and mobile phone number of the visitor. Please ensure that the visitor information filled in during the reservation is accurate, true, and complete. If you are unable to verify, use, enter the museum, or any loss caused by untrue or incorrect information, the tourist shall bear it himself.

• 1. Magic carpets are available; ski suits + ski boots + helmets + skis + ski poles (only for double boards) + lockers are provided free of charge without deposit. Once received, you cannot exchange them (beginners are recommended to use double skis).

The times listed for each ticket refer to the admission time. For example, for the early session (10:30-12:30), visitors can choose to scan their ticket for admission anytime between 10:30 and 12:30. Time begins upon scanning, so it is not mandatory to enter at 10:30 and exit at 12:30. Please be aware of this.
• 2. Tickets are valid only for a single entry to the venue on the date of play, with one ticket and one code per person, and will be invalid if expired. Please pay attention to the latest business hours of the day, and arrange your visit reasonably to ensure sufficient play time.
