  • You will not be able to use the service if you cannot show your voucher to the local staff on the day via a smartphone or other device.

  • Please note that the URL to display the voucher must be presented on a smartphone or other device that can connect to the internet, and may not be accessible in locations without a WiFi environment.

  • When entering the facility, an electronic voucher must be operated by the facility staff. Please be aware that if you operate it incorrectly yourself, your ticket will become invalid and you will not be able to enter.
