• Infants aged 1-2 years are free of charge if they do not occupy a seat. However, participation is not recommended. If you insist on participating, please inform us via email in advance. If you do not inform us in advance and there is insufficient space, the driver has the right to refuse service. Thank you. Children over 2 years old are the same price as adults. • 3. This itinerary is a shared, fixed route. Customers participating in this itinerary must adhere to the designated time at each attraction and follow the driver-guide's instructions. Failure to comply with the time schedule will require you to travel to the next meeting point on your own.
• 4. No refunds will be given for non-participation or discontinuation of the trip due to personal issues concerning the Enoden experience, lateness, or other reasons. Please be aware of this. If you leave the group on your own during the trip, no refund will be given. Furthermore, you will be solely responsible for any personal or property safety issues that may arise as a result.
• 5. During the trip, please carry your passport and valuables with you and take good care of them. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please do not eat or drink in the vehicle. If you cause stains in the vehicle, you will need to compensate according to the local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
• 6. The arrival time of each itinerary may vary depending on the traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds of the day. The order of the itinerary may also be changed. As Japanese regulations stipulate that vehicles cannot be used for more than 10 hours, please understand that delays, cancellations, or reduced attractions may occur due to traffic jams on red days or force majeure factors. No refunds can be requested for these reasons.
• 7. Vehicle Type: Vehicles are dispatched based on the number of people. For small group tours, a driver will be arranged to also serve as the accompanying staff to provide full travel services.
