• Participants must have a minimum height of 120 cm

• Participants must have a minimum height of 120 cm

• Participants with a height under 140 cm must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Participants aged 0-17 must have parental approval and a signed waiver form to participate

• All participants are required to sign a consent and risk assumption form before the activity

• 1 voucher is valid for 1-time use only

• Participants must arrive at the venue at the selected timeslot stated on the booking

• Late arrival is allowed up to 30 minutes after the selected timeslot only

• This activity is not recommended for participants with motion sickness, vertigo, panic disorder, or mobility limitations that prevent proper restraint use

Additional information

• Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the participants

• In the event of suspension due to weather or technical issues, rescheduling or refunds are subject to the operator's discretion

• Mobile phones, cameras, hats, glasses, and pets are not allowed on the ride

• Please store all loose items in the provided lockers or leave them with a non-rider; ensure all pockets are empty before boarding

• Participants must follow staff instructions at all times to ensure safety

• Participants are not allowed to join the activity if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• Participants may be required to remove loose footwear before boarding the ride

• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, persons with disabilities, or persons with medical conditions

• Participants can rent the Insta360 service on site. The last queue for the Insta360 rental service is at 20:30

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

• Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Prohibited Items: Drones, motorized or wheeled mobility equipment (skate-scooters, in-line skates, rollerblades, bicycles, Segways, unless used as an ADA mobility device)

• Sunglasses are not allowed inside the Experience due to safety concerns

• Dinosaur Interaction: Please refrain from touching any dinosaurs unless explicitly instructed by staff. Animatronic dinosaurs are mechanical and may pose a hazard. There will be designated opportunities to interact with smaller dinosaurs under staff supervision

• Venue Rights: The venue reserves the right to dismiss guests with unruly or disruptive behavior

• Health Warning: The Experience includes flashing lights, fog, loud noises, and realistic moving robotic dinosaurs, which may not be suitable for guests with health conditions such as epilepsy or heart problems. Please use discretion when attending

• Filming/Recording Consent: Guests consent to the filming or recording and use of their image for marketing and promotional purposes by the operator or its appointed vendor

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
