Please note that the coaches are not equipped with ramps, however, foldable wheelchair or baby strollers may be stored inside the luggage compartment as long as the wheelchair or stroller is foldable and not too heavy. Customer should be able to get on and off the bus by themselves or with assistance, organized by themselves. Please inform the operator beforehand if you will be bringing a wheelchair or stroller to the tour
At an elevation of 3,454 meters (11,332 feet), Jungfraujoch is considered high altitude. Some visitors may experience Acute Mountain Sickness, even during a short stay. Please check with your doctor prior to travel if in doubt.
To reduce the risk: Go slow, take breaks on the way up. Drink water, avoid alcohol. Eat light, rest if needed. Alert train personnel or staff immediately. The best remedy for altitude sickness is descent to a lower elevation.
Good to Know: Weather changes fast – dress in layers, bring sunglasses & sunscreen. Altitude may slow you down – take it easy . Toilets & facilities – available on-site. Medical help is limited – descend for serious issues.
Routing and means of transport may have to be amended during maintenance work and depending on seasonal schedules without prior notice. A minimum stay of 2 hours on the top of Jungfraujoch is always guaranteed

How to get there: By train: Take the train to Zürich HB (main train station) and direct yourself to track no. 18, the last track on street level. Continue with the tracks to your left and the street to your right until the street turns right. Follow the street to the right past the St. Gallerhof restaurant to the Starbucks café and the Hotel Fred. The Sihlquai Coach Terminal is located just across the street
How to get there: By car: Please be aware that the car park rates are very expensive therefore it is recommended to arrive by public transport. Car park: Parkhaus Hauptbahnhof (Sihlquai 41, 8005 Zurich). Exit at the Avia petrol station, cross the street to the Sihlquai Bus Station, and walk towards the green building, where you’ll find the check-in counter. The car park operates 24 hours and the rates start from CHF 4 per hour, maximum height for vehicle: 2.05 meters
