Eligibility

  • For safety reasons, the number of guests allowed in the centre are limited. As a result, to control the crow, parents/guardians who are not jumping will not be allowed to remain in the centre. Parents/guardians who wish to supervise their kids must purchase a ticket

  • Parents/guardians/non-jumpers (MYR10/pax)

  • Customers that aged 16 and above (fully vaccinated) can buy tickets and enter without parent's accompany

Additional information

  • All jumpers must arrive 30 minutes before the jumping session starts
  • All jumpers must wear grip socks on the trampoline
  • All jumpers must complete the waiver and liability form before the jumping session, which is available at the customer service counter
  • For visitors that are not playing/jumping, please do purchase the Non-jumper ticket if they would like to enter (e.g. guardian, parents, etc.)
  • Cleaning schedule:
  • 09:15-09:50
  • 12:00-12:10
  • 14:10-14:20
  • 16:20-16:30
  • 18:30-19:00

Usage validity

  • The voucher is valid for 90 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

How to redeem

  • Present your mobile voucher

  • Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket
