Redemption information

  • After your arrival in Japan, in order to obtain your JR Pass, please present your e-exchange Order and passport at New Chitose Airport, Sapporo, or Noboribetsu stations
  • Exchange Orders are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please redeem your Exchange Order for JR Pass within this 90-day timeframe
  • Please note that you can only redeem a JR Pass with an Exchange Order issued in your own name

  • Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
