Usage validity

• The voucher is valid for 90 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

• Once activated, the pass is valid for three consecutive calendar days. For example, if activated at 17:00 on 1 May, it expires at 23:59 on 3 May

• Present your mobile voucher and passport to exchange it for physical ticket

Redemption information

• An electronic voucher will be sent to your email instantly after booking confirmation

• For biometric passports (e-passports): Present your electronic voucher and non-Japanese passport at a green ticket vending machine or ticket reservation office to redeem your physical ticket

• For non-biometric passports (without IC chip): Present your electronic voucher and non-Japanese passport at a ticket reservation office to redeem your physical ticket

• Redemption Locations: Kansai Airport Station, Kyoto Station, Shin-Osaka Station, Osaka Station, Sannomiya Station (Kobe City), Nara Station. Refer to the list of stations for opening hours
