Redemption information

  • Before entering Japan, book your JR Pass at Klook, select a redemption date, and fill in your information.

  • Present your passport and the QR code for redemption at the Takamatsu Station(Warp Takamatsu branch/Takamatsu Station Green Window), Sakaide Station(Warp Plaza Sakaide). Then you can directly use it to enter through the automatic ticket gate.

  • After collecting your JR Pass, you may access unlimited rides within the valid date

  • The Exchange Order is valid for 90 days from the booking confirmation date. Please redeem your JR Pass within 90 days.
