• If the enrollment for the camp does not reach the minimum number of participants two weeks before the start date, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the session and issue a full refund.
• If an event is canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure, refunds will be processed according to the refund policy.

How to redeem

• Please arrive at the entrance/check-in counter of Jiujiufeng Animal Park between 08:40 and 09:00 on the day of the event.
• Please bring the student's NHI card when checking in; minor students need to complete the parent/guardian consent form.

• Starting from 2026/07/01, those entering with an e-ticket purchased on or before 2026/06/30 (inclusive) must pay the difference according to the ticket price announced on-site, or refund the ticket through the original channel and repurchase.
• Before 2026/12/31, enter the park (Lavender Forest) with an e-ticket, present the order QR Code for verification by staff, and receive an additional pack of [Herbal Tea Bags] (random style).
• Admission tickets do not include the helium balloon ride experience; an additional purchase is required based on on-site announcements.
• This ticket is limited to one person per ticket. Each e-ticket can only be used once and cannot be reused after verification and entry.
