Eligibility
- Children under 1.2m (inclusive) are admitted free of charge for both scenic area entrance and performance tickets (no seat provided, maximum of 1 child per adult, and must be accompanied by an adult to enter)
- Children 1.2m (inclusive) and above are charged the same as adults.
Additional information
- Due to plot requirements, the live-action performance show includes special effects, fireworks, and other explosive sounds. Seniors over 65, children under 10, and pregnant women must be accompanied by an escort to enter.
- Entry is prohibited for patients with heart disease and high blood pressure. Any consequences resulting from concealment will be borne by the individual.
- Please check in at least 30 minutes in advance. If there are additional shows or special circumstances that require adjustments to the performance program and time, please refer to on-site announcements.
- "Encounter Wuyuan" is an open-air performance. If the performance is canceled due to force majeure factors such as power outages, internet failures, heavy rain, or dense fog (as notified by on-site staff on the day), refunds can be applied for based on the actual situation.
- After successful booking, the system automatically locks the seats, which cannot be changed or exchanged, and there may be cases where seats are not together. Those who mind this very much should place their order carefully.
- “Encounter Wuyuan” implements real-name ticketing. When placing an order, please be sure to accurately fill in the identity information of one of the adult park entrants. Consequences of being unable to enter due to incorrect information will be borne by the individual.
