Activation Process

• For security purposes, you may be required to complete One-Time Password (OTP) verification. In that case, please follow the steps below:
• 1. Enter the email address where you would like to receive the OTP, then press the send button
• 2. Check that the OTP has been received at the email address entered in step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp”. Please also check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email, the email address may have been entered incorrectly. Please reopen the voucher URL and re-enter your email address)
• 3. Enter the OTP from the email into the ticket screen and press the confirm button. If entered correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP verification is completed, future OTPs will be sent to the registered email address. This email address cannot be changed, so please use an address that can be accessed on the day of use)
