  • The cancellation fee will be applied depending on the timing of the cancellation. In the case of a no-show (unexcused absence), a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made on the day of the tour will incur a 50% fee, while cancellations made one day before the tour will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made 2–7 days before the selected activity date will incur a 30% fee, and cancellations made 8–20 days in advance will incur a 20% fee.
