• The tour dates are based on the average flowering period of the year, but the best time to view the cherry blossoms may vary depending on weather conditions.
• Regardless of when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, the tour will take place as soon as there is sufficient interest.
• Lunch menu may vary depending on ingredients purchased. If you have any food allergies, please tell us when you register. (We will remove the affected ingredients as far as possible.)
• If you have any special requirements, please inform us at the time of booking. (Some fees may apply.) When we receive your request, we will do our best to accommodate it.
• If the number of participants is less than 20, or if the tour cannot be carried out due to force majeure such as a disaster or accident, we will change or cancel the tour at least 3 days before the start of the tour (13 days before for overnight stays).
• To ensure the smooth operation of the tour, we kindly request that you strictly adhere to the advised departure time.
• The tour will depart at the scheduled time at the discretion of the tour guide.
• Please be advised that no refunds will be issued for latecomers.
• Depending on road conditions, the time spent at each site may be shorter.
• Please wear your seat belt on the tour bus as required by Japanese law.
• Please note that you cannot change the scheduled return location after the tour.
• In case of traffic congestion or other uncontrollable reasons, the tour schedule may be changed or the time at each sightseeing spot may be shortened, please be informed in advance.

• There is a possibility that Mt. Fuji may not be visible due to inclement weather. For this reason, there will be no cancellation or refund of the tour fee.
• It can be cold in the mountains. Please bring warm clothes and wear shoes that allow you to walk smoothly and easily during the tour.
