Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 10+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 10-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Each adult can only accommodate up to 3 children
• You must weigh 130kg (100kg for long zip line) at most or have a height of not less than 140cm to participate

Additional information

• Participants who do not follow the reminders and rules for safety may not be allowed to join
• You will be asked to sign a Risk Acknowledgment and Disclaimer form (English) on site
• The facilities will remain opened in cases of rain. However, inclement weather conditions such as hail, snow storm, or strong winds will affect the operations and the facilities may be put under temporary closure for safety reasons. Please check the official website or contact the operator directly at 055-972-0084 before visiting
• Closure of one or two facilities are not eligible for full refunds. Moreover, guests have to check the Mishima Skywalk official website for the complete maintenance or closure schedules prior to your visit
• Mishima Skywalk Guidelines: Use of umbrellas or parasols are not allowed while crossing the bridge. It is recommended to wear a raincoat in cases of rain or drizzle
• No littering, throwing, and dropping of objects from the bridge are allowed during the activity. The staff will not be responsible for any dropped or lost items
• No sitting and hanging from the railing. Please do not engage in risky acts that may cause harm to other visitors
• Sandals are not allowed
• For your own safety, please follow the instructions of the staff at the location at all times. Participants may be asked to leave if instructions are not followed accordingly
• What to Wear or Bring: Comfortable clothes, Athletic shoes or sneakers, Drinking water, Towel, Umbrella, and raincoat
• Photography is allowed throughout the activity. However, the facility is not responsible for damage or loss of the smartphone due to dropping it during filming. Also, please be careful not to disturb other customers
• Forest Adventure is an activity that usually requires a reservation, but this plan is a special plan with no reservation time. Therefore, please note that you may have to wait depending on the reservation status on the day. If you call 055-972-0052 by the day prior to your participation date, we will inform you of the time you will not have to wait.
• This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible

• Please go to the Mishima Skywalk South Gate within the redemption time

• Participants, regardless of traveling solo or with a group, must bring their passports in exchange for their tickets prior to entering

• By bus: Board the Tokai Bus from Mishima station south exit bus stop 5. The ride is approximately 20 minutes before alighting at Mishima Skywalk
• By car: About 20 minutes from JR Mishima Station
