Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 2+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 2-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Please note that due to boat capacity limits, same fee will be charged even if you are only boarding the boat
• The tour duration may vary depending on the sea conditions and tides on the day
• The meet-up time may subject to change depending on the tide, sea conditions, etc. Please contact the operator in advance for the accurate check-in time
• The event can be held even under rainy weather, but it may be cancelled beacuse of a typhoon or other extreme weather
• Those with high blood pressure, heart, spinal or neck conditions, epilepsy, hyperventilation, hangover, drinking alcohol or those with conditions that may be exacerbated by participation, pregnant women or those who may be pregnant, those taking medication, and those who are deemed unsafe by the organizers on the day of participation will not allowed to participate. There are no compensation or refunds because of those cases
• Please note that there are no refunds arrangement if you may not be able to see manta rays and sea turtles on the day
• If the sea conditions are bad, snorkelling will conduct at other locations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
