• Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Children under 3 years old, seniors over 75 years old, and people with disability identification cards are admitted free of charge (relevant supporting documents must be presented).

• Seniors aged 75 and above, individuals with disabilities, and one accompanying person
• Please purchase tickets on-site and present relevant identification documents for verification by on-site staff. If you are unable to present them, you must purchase a ticket to enter the museum.

This ticket is only valid for the tourist factory; it cannot be used at other stores.

• Opening hours and reservation times: Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 17:30 (closed on New Year's Eve); 12:00 to 13:00 for lunch break. Guided tour sessions: 09:00, 10:30 in the morning; 13:30, 15:00 in the afternoon. Audio self-guided tour service is also available!
• It is recommended to wear shoes and socks, and avoid pantyhose or stockings, for foot pressure testing.

• The voucher is valid for 365 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 16:30 on the last day
