• Travel Insurance Information: The travel agency has purchased travel agency liability insurance. For tourist personal accident insurance, the tourist pays the fee to become the insured and beneficiary of the insurance. The insurance company underwrites accidental injuries suffered by tourists. In the event of accidental injury to a tourist during tourism activities, the travel agency will assist the tourist in contacting medical institutions for treatment and reporting the case to the insurance company. The tourist or his/her family shall pay the medical expenses themselves. The travel agency shall not be liable for any injuries and risks caused by the tourist or his/her family's refusal to pay medical expenses; after the treatment is completed, the travel agency will issue a certificate to assist the tourist in completing the insurance claim settlement procedures.
• Cancellation Policy: If a traveler is unable to participate in the tour after registration, they may transfer their booking to another person before departure, subject to the new traveler signing a contract with the travel agency. However, the replaced traveler will be responsible for any actual ticket cancellation losses incurred for flights or train tickets already issued. If a confirmed cancellation is made, the traveler will be responsible for the travel agency's business booking loss fees. Due to the specific nature of individual tourist operations, in the event of a traveler's cancellation, our company will strictly adhere to Article 17, "Traveler's Liability for Breach of Contract," in Chapter VI of the "Group Domestic Tour Contract." (If the traveler requests termination of the contract within 7 days (inclusive of the 7th day) prior to departure, they shall pay the travel agency a business loss fee according to the following standards: 50% of the total tour cost if the cancellation is made 7 to 4 days before departure; 60% of the total tour cost if the cancellation is made 3 to 1 days before departure; 80% of the total tour cost on the day of departure; and no refund will be given for cancellations made mid-tour after departure. If the business loss fee paid according to the above percentages is insufficient to compensate the travel agency for its actual losses, the traveler shall compensate the travel agency for the actual losses, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total tour cost. If the traveler requests termination of the contract more than 7 days before departure, only the actual ticket cancellation losses will be charged if flight and train tickets have already been issued.

• The quoted price for tourism products is a package deal. For tourists with discount certificates or those who voluntarily cancel items, ticketed attractions will be refunded the difference between the travel agency's group discount ticket price and the actual cost incurred.
• If complimentary items cannot be arranged due to objective reasons, they will be canceled without refund. In the event of holidays or special receptions at scenic spots that prevent visits during normal opening hours, admission ticket fees will be refunded at the discounted group rate offered to travel agencies. Attractions without admission tickets will not be compensated in any way.
• Explanation of Contract Amendments by Party A's Representative: The representative of Party A who signs the contract must obtain the consent of all tourists included in the contract before signing the contract with the travel agency on behalf of Party A. Any matters related to contract amendments must also be handled by the contract signatory, who must bring the contract to the travel agency to make the changes.
• When registering, tourists must accurately record their name, ID card, passport, and other identification document numbers (children must accurately record their date of birth) to ensure the travel agency can issue tickets accurately. Tourists are responsible for all economic losses incurred due to the tourist's own provision of false names, ID card numbers, passport numbers, or other identification document numbers (children's date of birth) that result in the inability to board a plane, high-speed train, or regular train. When departing, passengers must bring valid identification documents (ID card, passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, and Household Registration Book for children), which must be presented when checking in for flights, taking high-speed trains or regular trains, and checking into hotels. Tourists are responsible for any losses incurred due to failure to check in as a result of not bringing valid identification documents for personal reasons.
• Seniors, Pregnant Women, and Minors: Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian or have a power of attorney to participate in the tour. Seniors over 65 years of age need to fill out a health declaration form. Seniors over 75 years of age need to be accompanied by a caregiver and sign a waiver. Pregnant women should carefully consider whether to travel. Participation is not recommended. Otherwise, the tourist will be responsible for all consequences during the trip.
• Safety Precautions: The travel agency's tour guides and other staff members are unable to provide one-on-one service to tourists. When registering tourists, the travel agency staff has fully informed them of the precautions in this itinerary and the requirements for tourists' physical health. During tourism activities, tourists must pay attention to their own safety and the safety of accompanying minors, take care of personal property, and carry valuables with them.
• Travel Insurance Information: The travel agency has purchased travel agency liability insurance. Travel agency liability insurance is purchased by the travel agency, and the insurance company underwrites the legal compensation liability that the travel agency should bear for accidents caused by negligence or errors in the process of organizing tourism activities. For tourist personal accident insurance, the tourist pays the fee to become the insured and beneficiary of the insurance. The insurance company underwrites accidental injuries suffered by tourists. The definition of accidental injury is [refers to the injury directly caused to the body by external, sudden, unintentional, and non-disease objective events]. In the event of an accident, the insurance company's compensation amount shall be the final compensation, and the travel agency will no longer provide compensation. Tourists should ensure that their physical condition is suitable for completing the tour. The tourist's own diseases are not covered by the insurance. All expenses incurred due to their own diseases shall be borne by the tourist, and all consequences shall be borne by the tourist. The travel agency and the insurance company shall not be liable. Compensation for personal and property losses to tourists caused by road traffic accidents will be based on the "Road Traffic Accident Handling Measures," and our agency will provide assistance. In the event of accidental injury to a tourist during tourism activities, the travel agency will assist the tourist in contacting medical institutions for treatment and reporting the case to the insurance company. The tourist or his/her family shall pay the medical expenses themselves. The travel agency shall not be liable for any injuries and risks caused by the tourist or his/her family's refusal to pay medical expenses; after the treatment is completed, the travel agency will issue a certificate to assist the tourist in completing the insurance claim settlement procedures.
• Cancellation Policy: If a traveler is unable to participate in the tour after registration, they may transfer their booking to another person before departure, subject to the new traveler signing a contract with the travel agency. However, the replaced traveler will be responsible for any actual ticket cancellation losses incurred for flights or train tickets already issued. If a confirmed cancellation is made, the traveler will be responsible for the travel agency's business booking loss fees. Due to the specific nature of individual tourist operations, in the event of a traveler's cancellation, our company will strictly adhere to Article 17, "Traveler's Liability for Breach of Contract," in Chapter VI of the "Group Domestic Tour Contract." (If the traveler requests termination of the contract within 7 days (inclusive of the 7th day) prior to departure, they shall pay the travel agency a business loss fee according to the following standards: 50% of the total tour cost if the cancellation is made 7 to 4 days before departure; 60% of the total tour cost if the cancellation is made 3 to 1 days before departure; 80% of the total tour cost on the day of departure; and no refund will be given for cancellations made mid-tour after departure. If the business loss fee paid according to the above percentages is insufficient to compensate the travel agency for its actual losses, the traveler shall compensate the travel agency for the actual losses, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total tour cost. If the traveler requests termination of the contract more than 7 days before departure, only the actual ticket cancellation losses will be charged if flight and train tickets have already been issued.
• 7. The times listed in the itinerary are for reference only and are subject to flight, high-speed rail, train, cruise, and actual driving times. The travel agency reserves the right to adjust the high-speed rail times or the order of attractions based on the airline's actual ticketing time and ticketing situation, without affecting the original standards and attractions. The final itinerary is subject to the itinerary distributed on the day of departure! If guests have special requests for high-speed rail arrival and departure stations and times, or the order of attractions, please inform our staff at the time of registration; otherwise, our agency has the right to issue tickets according to the above situation!
• Before concluding your visit, we kindly ask that you complete an opinion form truthfully. We hope that through your feedback, we can better monitor the quality of service at all locations. Travel agencies will use the opinion form completed by tourists as the basis for handling complaints and feedback. If a guest signs the local reception agency's opinion form as satisfied or does not sign it, we regret that we will not be able to accept any complaints made upon their return.
• Force Majeure Disclaimer: The travel agency is not liable for economic losses incurred by tourists due to force majeure or other objective reasons not attributable to the travel agency, or due to the tourist's personal reasons. The travel agency is not responsible for changes, delays, or early termination of the tour due to force majeure events such as severe weather, natural disasters, flight and train delays, or traffic jams. Any resulting increase or decrease in costs will be handled by refunding the unused portion to the tourist, with the tourist responsible for covering any excess costs.
• Regarding Accommodation: The default arrangement is a hotel twin room, with two adults per room. This itinerary does not offer room sharing. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase one "Single Room Supplement." Single travelers will be assigned a private room. For three adults traveling together, please purchase one additional "Single Room Supplement," which will provide you with two rooms.
• For your safety, please keep your valuables with you at all times! Do not leave valuables in hotel rooms or on tour buses. Please safeguard your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency is not liable for any losses due to personal negligence.
• Please bring valid identification with you when you depart. You will be responsible for any losses incurred due to not having valid identification, such as being unable to check in for a flight, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions.
• Travelers must ensure they are in good health before participating in travel itineraries arranged by the travel agency. Deception or concealment is not permitted. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to a traveler's health condition.
• All times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only and are subject to actual conditions on the day of the tour. Please be aware and understand that the itinerary is subject to change and adjustment due to factors such as weather, road conditions, holidays, arrival and departure times, queuing and control at scenic spots, tourist-related issues, and force majeure.
• The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and location approximately one day in advance. Please be sure to arrive on time. To avoid delaying the行程 of other guests, we will depart promptly at the scheduled time and will not wait for late arrivals. Guests who do not arrive on time due to their own reasons will bear the full loss.
• According to traffic management regulations, for the safety of you and others on the road, all passengers (including infants) must occupy a seat. Overloading is prohibited. In the event of overloading, you will be held legally responsible, and the driver has the right to refuse to drive. Please pay the seat fee for children when registering. The driver's working hours are based on the time from the start of the first attraction of the day until the end of the entire tour. To ensure the safety of the group, please do not ask the driver to work overtime. If overtime is required due to special circumstances, the driver's consent must be obtained and the corresponding additional fee must be paid.
• Refunds for Discounted Tickets: Yuelu Academy: Half-price ticket refund of 10 yuan/person, Free ticket refund of 30 yuan/person; Shaoshan First Ticket: Half-price ticket refund of 10 yuan/person (Half-price tickets are available for those aged 60 and above, no free tickets); Dishuidong: Half-price ticket refund of 10 yuan/person, Free ticket refund of 30 yuan/person.
