• Hunan Museum requires reservations to be made 7 days in advance and is closed every Monday. If it is closed, the tour will be changed to [Changsha Jiandu Museum]. The Hunan Museum implements a real-name reservation system. If reservations for the basic exhibition hall are unavailable, guests can choose to book temporary special exhibitions themselves (tickets are RMB 50/person, at their own expense) or switch to a free visit to [Changsha Jiandu Museum].
• To ensure your personal and property safety, we recommend that you voluntarily purchase travel personal accident insurance before your trip. Unless otherwise specified, the coverage of travel personal accident insurance does not include high-risk activities (high-risk activities include, but are not limited to, those noted in Article 3). If personal injury or property loss occurs during the trip, you should follow the relevant regulations of the insurance company to complete the claim settlement procedures. You shall be solely responsible for any expenses and losses exceeding the coverage of the travel personal accident insurance or if you did not purchase it, and the travel agency shall not be liable for compensation.
• Please decide whether to join the tour based on your health condition. If you believe that your body can adapt to the tour arrangement, please indicate on the tour contract "I am in good physical and mental health and suitable to travel to the destination."
• Please consider carefully before participating in optional activities and participate voluntarily based on your own conditions. Pay attention to safety, especially when participating in high-risk activities such as horse riding, racing, paragliding, rafting, diving, swimming, skiing, ice skating, skydiving, bungee jumping, surfing, and mountaineering. The travel agency liability insurance does not cover personal injury, death, or property damage caused by participating in high-risk activities, and the travel agency is not liable for compensation.
• Travelers should exercise caution when shopping at stores not designated by the travel agency. The travel agency is not responsible for returns, exchanges, or compensation if counterfeit goods are purchased. Travelers should also carefully select items at stores designated by the travel agency, ensuring that trademarks are complete and quality is guaranteed. Particular attention should be paid when purchasing items costing over a thousand yuan. Always request a receipt for purchases. If a purchased item requires return or exchange, it must be within the shopping store's policy and meet the store's requirements for returns and exchanges. The travel agency will assist with returns and exchanges upon presentation of a valid receipt, but any costs incurred will be your responsibility. (The time for returns and exchanges is uncertain. Note: It may take up to a year for the store to refund the money, which will then be refunded to you.)
• Travelers are advised to exercise caution when purchasing food and dining on their own. The travel agency is not liable for any food poisoning or other illnesses resulting from such activities.
• During your trip, please take good care of your personal belongings to prevent loss or theft. In case of robbery or theft, please immediately report it to the police. When using transportation, please take care of your personal belongings. When getting off the vehicle to visit, please carry your valuables with you and do not leave them on the vehicle. In case of loss, our company will assist with reporting to the police, but we do not assume any other compensation responsibilities.
• During free time activities during the tour, please pay attention to personal and property safety. The travel agency is not responsible for any personal injury or property loss incurred during free time activities. Tourists should not take pictures or play in dangerous places such as seaside reefs, lakesides, or when climbing mountains. The travel agency is not responsible for any personal injury or property loss caused thereby. Do not swim in non-swimming areas, do not engage in solo activities at night, and you will be solely responsible for any incidents that occur.
• The client is responsible for any costs arising from adjustments to national policies or force majeure events (such as typhoons or strikes). We are not liable for damages to the client's person or property caused by delays or cancellations of public transportation (e.g., trains, flights, or ships) or by third-party infringements, which are not attributable to the travel agency. However, we will assist in coordinating resolutions.
• Please respect local laws and customs. Be aware of your personal safety and belongings. During transfers and free time, please keep your mobile phone accessible, and contact your tour guide or leader promptly should any special circumstances arise. When going out, please take a hotel location and phone card with you.
