• If you have trouble locating the staff, please contact us immediately via the KakaoTalk channel

• Show your reservation details (voucher) to the staff to proceed with pickup/return

• Pick-up and return are not allowed outside business hours. Please make sure to check the operating hours. (06:00~22:00)
