Eligibility

  • The performance contains stage effects and props such as strong lights, flashes, smoke, vibrations, strong magnetic fields, special odors, and sounds. For pregnant women or audience members suffering from, but not limited to, high blood pressure, heart disease (especially those with pacemakers), cerebrovascular disease, back or neck conditions, anxiety, claustrophobia, epilepsy, or any disease affecting smell, sight, or hearing, watching this play is not recommended to ensure your viewing safety; if you insist on watching, it will be deemed that you have acknowledged and voluntarily assumed any potential risks, and the organizer and ticketing platform will not bear legal responsibility.
  • Persons with mobility impairments (such as physical disabilities, elderly and frail individuals, etc.) must be accompanied by a person with full civil capacity to attend the performance. Please be sure to contact theater staff in advance to arrange assistance.

Booking limitations

  • Real-name ticketing rules: No real-name ticketing required
  • Purchase limit rules: A maximum of 6 tickets/sets per session, and a maximum of 20 tickets/sets per project.

  • There are no fixed seats for the performance; comfortable shoes are recommended for viewing.
  • Except for special events with the organizer's permission, please do not wear any character costumes to watch the performance, and please do not wear items that are higher than your head or may obstruct others' view, to avoid affecting admission.
  • Please wear a mask throughout the performance; it will help you conceal your identity and explore freely.
  • There is a one-on-one interactive segment during the performance; if you feel uncomfortable, you can immediately signal the actor to stop that part of the show.
  • You can leave the performance area at any time during the show, but you cannot re-enter after leaving.

Show Schedule

  • Duration: no less than 120 minutes (no intermission)
  • Please arrive at the performance venue (Address: Annex Building, Shanghai Hotel, No. 505 North Urumqi Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai) in advance according to the admission time indicated in the SMS reminder before the show, and queue up for admission in batches as directed by the staff.
  • To ensure a complete viewing experience, it is recommended not to be late; if you are late, you must wait in the designated area for staff to guide you in. The organizer is not responsible for any viewing losses caused by personal reasons such as lateness.
