• Suitable for all ages. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and must remain under adult supervision, particularly when using the swings, mini-golf, table tennis and other play installations.

• Duration: Approximately 60 minutes. Please arrive within your booked admission window. Once admitted, you’re welcome to explore Bloomyard and its play installations at your own pace.

• Each ticket admits one (1) person only.

• Entry and access will be refused if tickets are not purchased from Klook or other authorised points of sale.

• Dress Code: There is no dress code. We recommend comfortable clothing and secure, closed-toe footwear suitable for active play.

• No outside food or drinks are permitted. Drinks purchased from The Bloomery should only be consumed in designated areas and not while using the play installations.

• Visitors are requested to switch mobile phones to silent mode before entering the attraction(s).

• Admission tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and void if altered.

• Tickets may not be copied, duplicated, resold, or reused and are valid for single (1) entry only.

• IMBA reserves the right to refuse admission if ticket misuse or fraud is suspected.

• Any approved changes are subject to prevailing terms and conditions.

• Ticket prices and applicable discounts may change during the sale period at the discretion of IMBA.

• No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any price differences after purchase.

• Animals are welcome as long as they remain in a stroller, in a carrier, or are carried at all times.

• Please avoid bringing bulky items into the experience. Lockers are available onsite should you wish to store personal belongings during your visit. For safety, visitors should follow any additional restrictions or instructions provided by our team when using individual play installations.
