To replace a lost, stolen, or damaged Ikon Pass, please visit any Ikon Pass authorized destination in North America (Excluding Cypress and RED Mountain) to reprint your pass. A fee may apply
- Ikon Pass holders can make reservations for themselves and any other Ikon Pass holders through their Ikon Pass account. Ikon Pass holders will receive a confirmation email upon reservation confirmation and a reminder email the day before the visit. Ikon Pass holders can cancel their own or anyone else's reservations under their Ikon Pass account before 11:00 (Mountain Time) on the reservation date. Any "no-show," visit without a valid reservation, or other abuse or breach of reservation rules may result in penalties
- If unused days remain, ski season days in the Northern Hemisphere do not carry over across seasons
- To manage visitor flow and enhance the visitors experience, some Ikon Pass partner ski resorts may require advance cable car reservations during the ski season. Whether or not reservations are required is determined by each Ikon Pass partner resort and will depend on the specific circumstances at the time
- If you use your Ikon Pass at the same ski resort during the day and again that same night, it will count as one day, not two

Step-by-step guide on activation:
- Enter your exclusive Ikon Pass promo code for redemption here
- Enter the promo code, then click apply
- The system will automatically display the pass type and age based on the promo code, and the price will change to free. Tap add to cart
- If only one pass is activated, tap view cart
- If you need to activate multiple passes, enter the promo codes one by one: input the promo code, click apply, click add to cart, repeat this process until all promo codes are added, then click view cart
- In the shopping cart, you will see each pass type and age displayed as free. Confirm the promo code for each pass, with the total amount showing USD 0 in the bottom right corner. If everything is correct, click proceed to checkout
- Sign in to your existing Ikon Pass account or create a new one
- Assign each pass to a family member (if applicable), then click next pass
- Click continue
- The householder must sign the waiver and liability release agreement for all family members (If any), click "I AGREE," and then click "Next"
- View the signed confirmation for each family member (If applicable)
- Tap "I ACCEPT THE ACCESS TERMS," then tap "CONTINUE"
- Add or update address. (No need to save credit card information for future purchases)
- Tap review & submit to complete the transaction
- Confirm the pass type, price (USD 0), and shipping/billing address, check the box to agree to the terms, and click purchase now
- The system will display the booking confirmation, showing a total price of USD 0 for each pass. The page will provide instructions for the next steps.
