For cancellations made more than 16 days prior to the tour date during the Spring Festival period, there is no cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 15 days will incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the total tour cost.
30% of the total tour fee will be charged as a penalty for cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
If canceling 1 to 3 days prior to the tour, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
On the day the trip begins, a penalty of 80% of the total tour cost will be charged.
