The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Visitors should follow the guidelines and instructions of staff when entering the exhibition area. If any of the following violations occur and are deemed by the company to be a safety hazard or disruptive to the visiting order, the company reserves the right to refuse entry.

This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

Taking videos and photos of the show is strictly prohibited. Any person caught illegally photographing or recording the event will be dealt with by the venue's security

Please go to the ticket counter on the right side of the entrance and present your voucher to book your session.

After successfully booking your session, please report to the ticket counter 30 minutes before your scheduled session and present your voucher for admission.

Those without reservations will be arranged by on-site staff for the nearest available session on a standby basis.
