Affected section for overhaul: If the Tianmen Mountain Grand ropeway (urban ropeway lower station to the summit section) undergoes regular safety inspections or temporary maintenance, this 7.4-kilometer section of the grand ropeway will suspend operation.
Temporary Alternative Route: During maintenance, the Line A tour will be adjusted to "Eco-bus + Express ropeway" for ascending the mountain (i.e., take a shuttle bus from the city to Tianmen Mountain Gate - then transfer to the express ropeway to Tianmen Cave/mountain top).
Impact on scenic spots: The mountaintop scenic area, Tianmen Cave, Guigu Plank Road, and Glass Skywalk are all open for normal sightseeing; only the uphill transportation has changed.
Cancellation and Change Notice: If scenic area transportation is temporarily adjusted due to maintenance or severe weather, this falls under the scenic area's safety operation regulations. Full refunds or compensation applications based on this reason are not supported. Please confirm your understanding before placing an order.

Ascending the mountain: From the downtown ropeway lower station, take a shuttle bus to the mountain gate for ticket check-in and entry into the mountain, then take the Tianmen Cave Express ropeway up to Tianmen Cave for sightseeing.
To the mountaintop: From behind Tianmen Cave, take the 7-level mountain-piercing escalator (included) up to the mountaintop, then visit the mountaintop attractions (including access to Guigu Plank Road and Glass Skywalk).
Descent: After the tour, take the 7-level mountain-piercing escalator back to Tianmen Cave. From Tianmen Cave Square, you can choose:
Option A: Take the sightseeing bus to the middle ropeway station, then transfer to the 7,455-meter Tianmen Mountain Grand ropeway to descend to the downtown ropeway lower station.
Option B: Take the Tianmen Cave Express ropeway directly down the mountain to the park gate to exit the scenic area.

Descent section change: If the 7.4-kilometer Tianmen Mountain Grand ropeway from the urban area to the mountain top is closed for maintenance, the original "descend by Grand ropeway" for Line B will be adjusted to "descend by Tianmen Cave Express ropeway to the mountain gate \u2192 transfer to the scenic shuttle bus to return to the urban area".
Tour experience: Both the mountaintop scenic area and Tianmen Cave are open as usual, with only adjustments to the downhill transportation.
