• End Time: Approximately 11:00 AM / 4:00 PM
• Duration: Approximately 3 hours in total (depending on the weather and activities of the day)
• Itinerary: Dress up, pre-trip briefing (approx. 30 minutes), secret adventure (approx. 120-180 minutes), change clothes, pack gear (approx. 30 minutes)

• The canyoning tour will follow one route selected based on the conditions on the day (Sapodang Stream, Emerald Valley, Sanzhan Stream; specific routes cannot be selected).
• In case of special circumstances, Baibao Creek, Lao Creek, or Miyawan Creek will be used as alternatives.

• Suitable for ages 7 and up. Participants under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or have a consent form.
• A group of 4 people is required. If the minimum group size is not met on the day, we will arrange a reschedule or a full refund for you.
• Not recommended for participants with limited mobility, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or other similar conditions.
• We suggest you bring a change of clothes, swimsuit, and towel.
• We recommend wearing light and comfortable clothing (preferably quick-drying materials).
• This activity is a moderate to moderately challenging canyoning/river tracing tour.
• Activity arrangements are subject to change based on participant conditions, facility status, and weather factors, with safety and overall quality being the top priorities.
• In the event of irresistible factors such as typhoons, heavy rains, or water conditions, our company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, including postponement or cancellation, based on our assessment of whether the activity is suitable for the day.
• In the event of changes due to weather or venue factors, we will notify you as soon as possible via phone or message to ensure you are fully informed. Please ensure your contact information is accurate. We are not responsible for losses incurred due to incorrectly submitted information leading to our inability to contact you (e.g., inability to participate in the activity), and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
• From registration to the end of the activity, participants agree to abide by the following rules: (1) Do not overtake the instructor (2) Follow the instructor's directions at all times (3) Do not leave the group (4) Practice Leave No Trace principles (5) Pay attention to personal safety. We kindly request that you take full responsibility for any accidental injury or death resulting from personal negligence or failure to inform our company or on-site instructor of any personal physical discomfort.
• During the event, our company will provide accompanying photography services. Our company reserves the right to use photos taken during the event for publication on our website, social media, or in advertising.
• Please carefully review the itinerary and regulations related to the activity you are participating in. Completing registration and payment signifies that you fully understand and agree to the details of this document and the activity itinerary.
• There are no restrooms at the creek.

• After the free cancellation period, no postponements or refunds will be accepted for non-participation due to personal reasons (examples of personal reasons: confirmed diagnosis, injury, menstruation, car accident, oversleeping).
• Participants are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions before payment, understanding them, and assuming the relevant risks.
• The tour will proceed as scheduled in rainy weather. However, if the Central Weather Bureau issues a sea/land warning or an extremely heavy rain warning, the tour will be postponed or canceled.
• If the aforementioned alerts are in effect during the activity, or if the instructor determines that the activity cannot be safely conducted and terminates it early, no refunds or make-up sessions will be arranged.
• Late Arrival/No-Show: Participants who are more than 20 minutes late from the meeting time will have their registration automatically canceled without further waiting or accepting mid-way participation in the activity. Participants who are unable to participate in the activity due to late arrival/no-show will not be entitled to a refund or postponement. In case of slight delays (within 20 minutes), please notify the coach on the day 15-20 minutes before the meeting time.
