If you have a fear of water, or have medical conditions such as high blood pressure, pregnancy, or other conditions that make strenuous outdoor activities unsuitable, please consider your participation carefully.
On the day of the event: Postponements will only occur due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, typhoons, or thunderstorms.
Mosquitoes are prevalent outdoors, so we recommend wearing long pants and a light jacket. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Love the Earth and be environmentally conscious. We also recommend a sun hat and sunglasses. If you are concerned about mosquitoes, bring mosquito repellent.
