• Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Specifying board styles is not supported. Different heights require different boards. The store will match skis based on height.
• The snowboard brands are Burton and Salomon.
• The snowshoe brand is Burton.
• To reserve a snowboard rental, you will need to provide your gender, height, and shoe size.
• On the day of use, if the turtle protector is lost, or the snowboard, bindings, and snow boots are damaged, compensation will be required.

• Online reservations do not support specific style selection. You can select a style in-store on the day of your visit.

• Please do not sit on the Magic Carpet (Oil from the Magic Carpet will stain snowsuits and cannot be washed out).
• Normal wear and tear is acceptable. However, compensation will be required for any man-made damage or large, unremovable stains.
