• Re-entry to the venue is not permitted
• Early arrival is required. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to latecomers, and no refunds or compensation will be provided for missed admission
• In the event of cancellation, postponement, or a change of date initiated by the event organizer, the ticket price will be refunded
• Tickets resold outside the official WeBook platform will be cancelled and are not eligible for a refund
• Participants are responsible for their own safety. Injuries resulting from actions such as collisions, running, slipping, or similar activities are at the player’s own risk
