Reservation & Admission

• The maximum group size is 20 guests per tour
• Video taking is prohibited during the tour
• To collect tour tickets at ‘House of Dancing Water’ Box Office, guests must present avalid ID card or passport along with the booking confirmation letter
• Participants must be at least 12 years old. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. It is not recommended for those with mobility or medical limitations to join the tour
• The tour lasts approximately 30 minutes
• The Tour is conducted in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin. The tour language will be determined by the availability of tour hosts on the day and cannot be guaranteed.Please indicate your preferred language at the time of booking
• Customer who causes disturbance, acts inappropriately or refuses to comply with requests made by Management to be ejected from the Tour without any refund or compensation
• Any participant who disagrees with or fails to accept any applicable safety procedures during the activity may be escorted from the venue without refund or compensation
• Video taking is prohibited during the tour. Photography is only permitted in designated areas

Safety & Risk Acknowledgment

• The backstage environment includes water features, machinery, and elevated platforms.You acknowledge and accept all inherent risks
• Loose clothing or accessories that may become entangled in equipment should be avoided for safety reasons
• For safety and comfort, guests are strongly advised to wear flat, comfortable, and non-slip shoes during the tour
• Guests wearing high-heeled or open-toe shoes are not permitted to participate in the tour. Entry may be denied for inappropriate attire
• Safety helmets and reflective vests may be required in designated areas and must be worn if instructed
• Guests must remain on designated tour paths at all times. Access to operational or technical areas is strictly prohibited

Health & Accessibility

• The Tour involves walking, stairs, and damp surfaces. It is not recommended for those with mobility or medical limitations to join the tour
• If you have any health concerns (such as epilepsy or heart conditions), please consult our staff before registering
• The company reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest who appears intoxicated, unwell, or fails to meet the safety requirements (such as wearing appropriate footwear)

Liability Waiver

• Guests acknowledge and accept that participation in the Tour involves inherent risks that a reasonable person should be aware of, including but not limited to uneven or slippery surfaces, technical equipment, and operational hazards. Guests must exercise sound judgment and consideration for their own safety and that of others at all times during the Tour
• Guests are fully responsible for any injury or health issue that occurs during the Tour or as a direct or indirect result of participating in the Tour
• Guests are solely responsible and irrevocably waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless City of Dreams from any claims, losses, damages, expenses, injuries (including death), or causes of action that may arise due to failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry, safety requirements, or any instructions provided by City of Dreams before or during the Tour, or due to omission of relevant safety information. City of Dreams, its affiliates, successors, assigns, and their executives, agents, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable
• Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. City of Dreams shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of property during the Tour
• Guests shall be liable to pay or reimburse City of Dreams for any damage caused to Tour facilities, equipment, infrastructure, or other items. In cases of irreparable damage, guests shall compensate City of Dreams for the full value of the loss

Conduct & Restrictions

• Videotaping is prohibited during the Tour. Photography is only permitted in designated areas
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited during the Tour
• Disruptive individuals will be removed from the venue without a refund

Ticketing Term

• Upon booking confirmation, full payment will be charged to the authorized credit card
• No cancellations or amendments are permitted after booking confirmation
• In the event of tour cancellation or postponement, the City of Dreams reserves the right to either refund the amount paid or reschedule the tour date

Cancellation & Changes

• Tour will be cancelled in the event that the House of Dancing Water show is cancelled, the Tours may also be canceled due to technical or safety reasons. Refunds or rescheduling will be offered by City of Dreams
• Late arrivals will not be permitted to join a tour already in progress

Emergency Protocols

• In emergencies, follow staff instructions and evacuate as directed
• First aid is available on-site

Modification, Termination and Disputes

• City of Dreams reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the use, suspension and cancellation of this activity) without prior notice
• Other terms and conditions apply to the services/ or facilities shall be provided upon request
• All matters and disputes, including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, will be subject to the final decision of City of Dreams
• In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of theseTerms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail

• Only a legitimate holder of a valid Ticket can enter the relevant Theater. One person per ticket regardless of age. For children of two years old or below may be exempted from the requirement of holding a Ticket to enter the Theater (without occupying a seat), with the present of a valid ID. Each adult can only accompany one child free of ticket
• Travel to and from the venue is the sole responsibility of the customer. No refund and exchange will be permitted due to the alteration, late arrival, unavailability, postponement or cancellation of travel services by land, air or sea
• For security purposes and upon request, before entering the Theater, the Ticket holder may be subject to inspection and for these purposes must open any bag, package or other item which is in his or her possession before admission. Customer who do not consent being searched or any applicable security procedures may be denied entry inthe Theater without any refund or compensation
• Any item (includes but not limit to glass bottles, cans, or knives) or restricted object deemed by Management (as applicable) to be dangerous or inappropriate is not permitted for admission
• Customers must be appropriately clothed and must wear shoes. Customers not appropriately clothed and/or with bare feet will not be permitted entry

• Sales and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages (if permitted for the Show in question)are for Customer of 18 years old and above only

• Cameras, audio and video recorders are not permitted inside the Theater, unlesspreviously authorized by Management (as applicable). The use of equipment for3475-3205-4324, v. 4recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visualmaterial or any information or data inside any Theater is strictly forbidden
• Unauthorized recording equipment, recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and destroyed or deleted
• ** The following restricted / prohibited items are not permitted in the theater: ** Outside food or beverage; Glass bottles, cans and alcoholic beverages (except those purchased at thetheater); Any type of professional photography and videography equipment (includingcameras, instant cameras, laptops, tablets, drones, GoPros, etc.); Long handled umbrellas, large bags and luggage; Pets (only service animals are permitted); Aerosol or metal cans, firearms, fireworks, laser pointers; Knives or other dangerous weapons; Banners, flags and metal flag poles; Whistles and any noise makers; Glass bottles, confetti or shredded paper; Any item or restricted object deemed by the Management to be dangerous or inappropriate
