- Luggage Storage (Before 10:00 AM on the Reservation Date):
- Store your luggage at the designated location (hotel front desk, luggage storage room, or in front of your door) by 10:00 AM.
- Ensure to send a photo of the luggage along with your reservation number via KakaoTalk Open Chat or LINE.

- Important Notice:
- If the contact is not made, the luggage pickup may not be processed. Any issues arising from this will be the customer's responsibility.
- Delivery Timing:
- Within the capital area (Seoul/Incheon/Gyeonggi/Busan): Same-day evening delivery is standard.
- Outside the capital area: Delivery will occur the following evening.

- Luggage Storage (Before 10:00 AM):
- Store your luggage at the hotel front desk or designated storage area by 10:00 AM. Take a photo of the luggage or the storage receipt.
- Send Confirmation:
- Send the luggage photo along with your reservation number via KakaoTalk Open Chat or LINE Business.
- Pickup Time:
- Luggage pickup will be completed between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
- Warehouse Processing:
- Luggage will be checked into our logistics warehouse by 1:00 PM.
- Delivery Process:
- Delivery will start at 5:00 PM. Luggage will be delivered to the hotel front desk or storage area by approximately 8:00 PM.
- Emergency Contact:
- If the luggage has not been delivered by 10:00 PM, please use the emergency contact for assistance.
