  • Hotel underground parking is available for a discounted rate of $10 up until 11am each morning. Participants can take a ticket upon entry (located on River Street) and pay direct to the concierge desk at the Amora Hotel to receive a ticket out of the carpark before departing

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the flight date will incur a $50 per person fee
  • No changes or cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of the flight date
  • If you have a backup date to reschedule your flight, please use the Global Ballooning AUS App or the rebooking link, which will be sent to you along with your cancellation email
  • In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
