For our hot Air Balloon tour, we offer pick-up and drop-off services from hotel lobbies located within the Sharqiyah sands area. When completing your booking, please make sure to mention the name of your camp. Our dedicated team at Visit Oman will contact you at least 24 hours before your tour to confirm and advise the exact pick-up time. Please ensure you check your email for a message from booking@visitoman.om containing all the necessary details.
For hotels located outside the desert area, pick-up is available for an additional charge. If you prefer the convenience of a private transfer from Muscat to Wahiba Sands (Distance - 2 hrs. approx) to the meeting point, we can arrange this for you at an additional charge. Feel free to contact our team to explore this option and ensure a seamless start to your tour
