• Please note, once mounted on the horse, if your child is too nervous to ride, your ride will automatically change to a 30-minute family ride with an instructor allocated on foot to lead the child. No refunds will be given in this case

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• This activity could be canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen events. If canceled, you may book a different date or ask for a refund

• Children aged 10+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• No prior experience needed. This activity is safe for beginners to participate
