Served with 2024 Semillon, 2023 Fiano, and 2024 Verdelho

• Sydney rock oysters with Hungerford Hill Verjuice, apple and Finger lime
• Warm house made sourdough with whipped miso and kingfish butter and avruga caviar

Served with 2022 Classic Pinot Noir, 2022 Classic Sangiovese, 2021 Epic or an Aged Sweetwater Shiraz or Cabernet Sauvignon

• Pan roasted Redgate Farm duck, beetroot, fried chickpea, duck jus
• With a side of Rosemary salted fires and local leaf garden salad
