If the passenger arrives on Oahu within the service time, the tour guide will be waiting at the airport exit after the flight arrives
Passengers arriving on international flights (MU/KE/NH/OZ) during the day (before 16:00), please gather at the Ctrip counter on the right side of Exit 1. The tour guide wearing a blue shirt will pick up the airport with a placard at the Tandao counter
Passengers arriving in the evening (after 16:00) on international flights (CA/HA), please assemble at Exit 2. A tour guide wearing a blue shirt will pick up the plane with a sign
For domestic passengers, please go to the baggage claim area and meet your guide. The guide wearing a blue shirt will pick up the plane with a sign
If the passenger does not show up within 90 minutes after the flight arrives, the tour guide will not wait after taking pictures and recording, and no refund will be accepted
The pick-up person will be the staff of "Tour to Tan Island". If you wait for the tour guide for more than 15 minutes, please call the emergency contact person Mr. Shi: 808-381-8999
If the passenger leaves Oahu during the service hours, the tour guide will be waiting at the hotel gate 3 hours before the flight departure. If the passenger does not show up within the booking time, the tour guide will wait up to 15 minutes before leaving, and no refund will be accepted. Please fill in the correct hotel name and address on the payment page.
