• Free for children aged 0-6
• Concession applies to child aged 7-11, full-time student, seniors aged 60 or above, people with disabilities and a companion, and CSSA recipient
• Concession ticket holders must present proof of eligibility on admission. Persons with disabilities are entitled to buy one ticket at a concessionary rate and one additional ticket at the same price for a companion

• Please pay attention to the announcements on our website for updates during adverse weather conditions
• Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning, or Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3 - The Museum will remain open. Outdoor exhibitions and events may be suspended
• Black Rainstorm Warning - If issued before opening hours: The Museum will remain closed until the signal is lowered. The Museum will reopen three hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal is canceled or lowered less than four hours before the normal closing time, the Museum will remain closed for the rest of the day
• If issued during opening hours: The Museum will remain open with limited operations. All outdoor exhibitions and events will be suspended
• Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above - If issued before opening hours: The Museum will remain closed until the signal is lowered. The Museum will re-open three hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal is canceled or lowered less than four hours before the normal closing time, the Museum will remain closed for the rest of the day
