Tickets cannot be exchanged or payment refunded
Entry may be refused if any details on the Ticket have been omitted or altered or if the Ticket is damaged, defaced or otherwise mutilated
Ticket holders must produce proof age if required to do so by the Venue Manager.
Holders of concessionary Tickets will be admitted only on production of acceptable proof of eligibility.

Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning, or Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3 - The Museum will remain open. Outdoor exhibitions and events may be suspended
Black Rainstorm Warning - If issued before opening hours: The Museum will remain closed until the signal is lowered. The Museum will reopen three hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal is canceled or lowered less than four hours before the normal closing time, the Museum will remain closed for the rest of the day
If issued during opening hours: The Museum will remain open with limited operations. All outdoor exhibitions and events will be suspended
Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above - If issued before opening hours: The Museum will remain closed until the signal is lowered. The Museum will reopen three hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal is canceled or lowered less than four hours before the normal closing time, the Museum will remain closed for the rest of the day
