Latecomers' admissions are subject to capacity

Each gondola has a maximum capacity of 8 persons and will be shared with other visitors

Each gondola can accommodate 2 non-electrical wheelchairs and is required to board with a chaperone

Food and beverages are prohibited inside the Wheel and/or the boarding deck to the Wheel

Smoking (including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes and electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the Wheel and the premises

Unless otherwise permitted by the Hong Kong Observation Wheel (HKOW), drone flying for any use is strictly prohibited in the Premises

The dress code for Hong Kong Observation Wheel is casual, the operator reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed to be dressed inappropriately

Please note that special arrangements will be made in cases of inclement weather in the interest of public safety

Management reserves the right to restrict entry at its discretion

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
