Terms and Conditions for Themed Ferry Tickets

  • Operating Route: This themed ferry ticket is valid only for designated themed crossings between Central Pier 6 and Disneyland Resort Pier
  • Seating Arrangement: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis; no reserved seating is available. To ensure maritime safety, the operator reserves the right to stop boarding once the maximum passenger capacity is reached
  • Verification Process: Passengers must present a valid electronic voucher at the pier gate for staff to scan and verify. Please arrive at the pier at least 30 minutes before your booked departure time. Passengers will get denied boarding if they are failed to show the proof
  • Expired tickets will become invalid automatically and are non-refundable

[Inclement Weather & Emergency Arrangements]

  • Safety First: The operator reserves the right to suspend services in the event of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning, or if sea conditions are deemed unsafe for navigation
  • Suspension Compensation: If the operator officially announces a service suspension, affected passengers may apply for a full refund via the official website or change their booking to another available session free of charge
