Retail coupon terms and conditions:

• The e-Voucher for Purchase may only be used in any purchase of merchandise (except the items mentioned below) with net spending of HKD 350 or above in one single transaction at any merchandise store in the Park

Offer Ticket Upgrade Terms and Conditions

• On the Park visit day only, the guest may upgrade his/her unused Offer Ticket to a regular priced 2-Day Ticket at the ticket booths located at the Main Entrance of the Park by paying the applicable price difference in person, with reference to the regular price of the Offer Ticket purchased and the regular price of the 2-Day Ticket. For the avoidance of doubt, upgrade to a 2-Day Ticket may only be made with an unused Offer Ticket valid for Park admission on the same day
• On the visit day only, the guest may upgrade his/her Offer Ticket to Magic Access at the official website or at such other location(s) designated by HKITP by time to time by paying the applicable price difference in person, with reference to the Offer Ticket’s purchase price and the type of Magic Access selected. If the selected type of Magic Access is priced lower than the Offer Ticket to be upgraded, no refund will be made
• Any Magic Access issued upon upgrade will be valid for one year starting from the date when the Offer Ticket was used. No upgrade will be made after the day when the Offer Ticket is used

Early Park Entry Pass Terms and Conditions

• Early Park Entry Pass (“Pass”) may only be used by the guest in person for one-time entry to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) via the designated entrance up to one hour prior to the Park’s official opening time (“Early Entry Period”) for the validity date of Pass as may be published from time to time on the Hong Kong Disneyland website (“Website”)
• The Pass is only valid for use on the day of Park admission during the validity period and will expire upon the Park’s official opening time on the same day
• The Pass may only be used via the designated queue at the Park main entrance. Queue times may vary depending on the Park’s operation on the day, and guests are advised to reserve sufficient time prior to the Early Entry Period
• The Pass does not guarantee immediate or priority admission to the Park. The guests are required to use the designated queue and follow the applicable rules, directions, arrangements and/or operation for the Park determined by HKITP. No compensation, exchange and/or refund will be made if guest is unable to use the Pass due to late arrival at the designated queue
• The Pass and its benefits not used in accordance with these terms and conditions (including any Pass not used during the Early Entry Period on the specified validity date) will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund

"Festival of the Lion King" stage show

• When purchasing the Pass, guest is required to select his/her preferred timeslot for the show on the validity date of the Pass. The selected timeslot may not be changed once it is confirmed
• Free seating room in the theater are available on a first come first served basis
• Subject to availability, capacity, and operating hours, (i) if the selected show is cancelled on the validity date of the Pass, the Pass may be used once for entry to the same show at another timeslot on the same day and (ii) if the selected show has no other timeslot on the same day, the Pass may be usedfor an additional one-time entry to an attraction listed for the Pass on the same day

"Momentous: Party in the Night Sky" nighttime spectacular and "Disney Friends Live: Party at the Castle!" castle shows

• Each Pass only allows the Pass holder one-time priority admission to and/or admission to the viewing area in person for each designated show on the validity date of the Pass. If guest has selected a timeslot for a show prior to the show time, the Pass may only be used for the show at the selected timeslot
• Free standing room in the viewing area of the designated show are available on a first come first served basis
• HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the time of each show, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of the viewing area, and/or (iii) any other aspect of the show, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, refund or compensation

If "Momentous: Party in the Night Sky" nighttime spectacular is cancelled:

• If the nighttime show is cancelled on the validity date of the Pass, guest may receive a one-time HKD 120 discount on any single merchandise purchase at any merchandise store in the Park on the validity date of the Pass
• To use the shopping credit, guest must present his/her Pass in person at the time of payment for the merchandise purchase
• The shopping credit may be used once only
• The shopping credit not used on the validity date of the Pass will be void without exchange, refund or compensation

Offer Ticket Upgrade Terms and Conditions

• On the day of admission, eligible guests who use discount tickets can upgrade their unused discount tickets to regular-priced 2-day tickets by paying the applicable difference at the ticket office at the main entrance of the park before entering the park. The difference is determined based on the purchase discount. The regular price at the time of admission and the regular price of the 2-day ticket at the time of ticket upgrade. For the avoidance of doubt, only valid and unused discount tickets can be upgraded to 2-day tickets to enter the park on the same day
• On the visit day only, an Eligible Guest may upgrade his/her Offer Ticket to Magic Access at Magic Access Member Service Center in the Park by paying the applicable price difference in person, with reference to the Offer Ticket’s purchase price and the type of Magic Access selected. If the selected type of Magic Access is priced lower than the Offer Ticket to be upgraded, no refund will be made
• Any Magic Access issued upon upgrade will be valid for one year starting from the date when the Offer Ticket was used. No upgrade will be made after the day when the Offer Ticket is used

• “Disney Premier Access (“Pass”) may be used for priority admission to and/or admission to the viewing area of designated attractions and/or designated shows (“Show”) (If applicable) in the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”), subject to these terms and conditions. The attractions and the shows for which the Pass may be used are available on the Pass offer page on the website (the “Website”) and the App designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”)
• Pass is only available from designated sales channel(s) selected by HKITP, with Purchasing Period from 14 October 2025 until 29 September 2026 and Travel Period from 15 October 2025 until 30 September 2026
• Guests may not cancel or amend the type, validity date, and other details of the Pass stated in the confirmation email

• Pass holders shall present the eTicket storing his/her Pass at the designated queue of each selected attraction. Neither the Pass nor the designated queue guarantees immediate admission or enjoyment of any attraction
• The Pass may only be used once for priority entrance to the selected attraction during its operating hours
• Access to an attraction is subject to the safety rules and other conditions applicable to the attraction. Guests who do not meet or pass the boarding requirements or any other applicable conditions cannot ride/access the attraction

General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Pass

• Incomplete, damaged or altered Pass or eTicket will not be accepted. Lost Pass or eTicket will not be reissued
• Duplicate Passes or eTicket will not be accepted. Passes are void if altered or tampered with. HKITP shall not be responsible for (And will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Passes or eTicket. Important Details

• Early Park Entry Pass (“Pass”) may only be used by the Pass holder in person for one-time entry to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) via the designated entrance up to one hour prior to the Park’s official opening time (“Early Entry Period”) for the validity date of Pass as may be published from time to time on the Hong Kong Disneyland website (“Website”)
• The Pass is available for purchase during such period on the Website from time to time, subject to availability and quota
• When completing the online purchase, guest is required to (a) select his/her preferred admission date, and (b) provide his/her name, credit card information and other forms of personal data as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) may require. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase
• A maximum of four Passes may be purchased in each transaction on the Website
• The guest may not cancel or amend the validity date and other details of Pass after the purchase
• The Pass is only valid for use during the Early Entry Period on the date printed on the Pass media and will expire upon the Park’s official opening time
• All Passes purchased in the same transaction must be used together for Park admission. Guests using Passes must enter the Park together by presenting the Pass media and their valid admission tickets
• The Pass may only be used via the designated queue at the Park Main Entrance. Queue times may vary depending on the Park’s operation on the day, and guests are advised to reserve sufficient time prior to the Early Entry Period
• The Pass does not include immediate admission to the Park. Guests are required to use the designated queue and follow the applicable rules, directions, arrangements, and/or operations for the Park determined by HKITP. No compensation, exchange, or refund will be made if Guest is unable to use the Pass due to a late arrival at the designated queue
• The Pass and its benefits not used in accordance with these terms and conditions (Including any Pass not used during the Early Entry Period on the validity date and together with other Passes purchased in the same transaction) on the validity date will be void without exchange, refund, or compensation
• The Pass is valid for one-time use only and may not be used for re-entry to the Park. Guests may only re-enter the Park during the Park’s official opening time by presenting their valid ticket or membership card
• The Pass does not include admission to the Park. To use the Pass, guests are required to have valid admission tickets to the Park
• All guests are required to make a reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservations for each type of ticket or membership card are subject to a limited quota. Reservations will not be accepted once the respective quota is full
• Upon entry to the Park, the guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (Or present such personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The ticket, handstamp, photo, and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (If applicable). If the guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her children’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangements, as HKITP may provide from time to time. Examples of personal identification include but are not limited to: Hong Kong Identity Card, passport, or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (For children aged 3-11, school handbook, or birth certificate and other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12-25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification). An example of an alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the ticket. Such a name, as recorded, cannot be changed
• The Pass is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, not for resale, and subject to availability
• The Pass does not include any guarantee as to access, admission or wait time to any attractions, merchandise shops, food and beverage or other locations
• HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the number of attractions, merchandise shops, and food and beverage or other locations available during the Early Entry Period, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours, or operation of any attractions, merchandise shops, and food and beverage or other locations, and/or (iii) any other aspect of any attractions, merchandise shops, and food and beverage or other locations, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, refund, or compensation
• HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any Pass and withhold or revoke any benefit in Pass, in each case without refund, exchange, or compensation if, in its sole judgment, (i) Pass and/or its benefits are used for commercial or other unauthorized purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require
• HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the prices, validity, or availability of Pass and its benefits; (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours, or operation of the Park and/or any of its facilities and offerings; (iii) the designated attractions, merchandise shops, and food and beverage locations; and/or (iv) any other aspect of Pass and its benefits, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, refund, or compensation
• HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity, and/or block-out dates of any Pass, ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount, or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any Pass, offer, discount, or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice

General Terms and Conditions

• The issuance and use of Pass and its components and admission to the Park or other parts of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) there are each subject to (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) the “Offer Highlight”, “Product Page” and “Important Details” set out in the Pass offer page and purchase page on the Website, (iii) the “General Terms and Conditions”; (iv) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (Including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and the Hotels Rules and Regulations) set out on the Website; and (v) all other requirements, restrictions, and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice, and without refund, or compensation, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (Including but not limited to operating hours) of the Park or any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility, or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it, (d) restrict the number, class, or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it, (e) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity, or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and/or (f) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather, or special events, to ensure safety, health, security, or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require

• Pass is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. Pass may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that the purchase, redemption, or use of Pass is appropriate or available in other locations, and Pass is void in any jurisdiction where the purchase, redemption, or use of such a Pass is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase, redeem, and/or use Pass do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HKSAR
• These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the guest purchasing Pass. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement
