Redeemed tickets are non-transferable

You can redeem your voucher for the physical transport ticket at anytime, anyday into one of the machine entering in the train/subway station. (See below for more information on how to redeem)

Please note that loss, theft, or robbery of the travel card is the sole responsibility of the customer and unfortunately if this happens, the card cannot be replaced/ refunded

Step 1: Go to the TMB machine inside any train or subway station (even in the airport)

Step 2: Select "Online Collection" at the bottom left of the screen

Step 3: Enter your 13 digits code present in your Klook Voucher, under the QR code
