As per Japanese regulations, vehicle usage cannot exceed 10 hours. In case of traffic jams due to public holidays or force majeure, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or the time spent at attractions may be shortened or the number of attractions reduced. We ask for your understanding and that this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund or leave a negative review.

- Vehicle usage: Vehicles are dispatched based on the number of people. If there are fewer than 12 people, we will use a vehicle with fewer than 14 seats, with only a driver and no tour guide. If there are more than 12 people, we will arrange one driver and one tour guide. Please be aware that this product is a shared ride service, and other guests may be riding along.
