About the Plan

• The meeting location varies depending on your desired photo spot.
• The best shots from the photo session will be used in portfolios and on social media. Please let us know if you do not wish to have your photos used.
• The photo data will be delivered via GigaFile便 within 7 days of the shooting date.
• Shoots are available anywhere in Sapporo. Please let us know your desired locations up to 3 days before your experience date to accommodate your travel schedule.
• Within Sapporo City limits refers to locations such as the Clock Tower, Odori Park, Susukino, and Nakajima Park. A supplementary fee of ¥5,000 will be applied to locations in the suburbs.
• If you wish to shoot at multiple locations, transportation will be via public transport. The customer is responsible for any transportation costs incurred.
• If you wish to film in the paid areas, please purchase a ticket for the photographer as well.

Photo Delivery

• We will send you over 100 original photos → If desired, please select 10 photos you would like retouched → We will resend the retouched photos.
• The original (unedited) photos will be delivered within one week of the photoshoot.
• If desired, we can apply corrections to your 10 selected photos. Please select the photos you would like corrected from the original data and reply with the corresponding file names. (If we do not receive a reply, we will be unable to perform the corrections.) After final corrections, the 10 selected photos will be sent to you again. (We may adjust the tilt if deemed necessary.)
• We offer facial and body retouching for an additional fee.
• The best shots from the session may be featured in our portfolio or on social media. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to have your photos used.
• Please select your preferred language on the checkout page. If a photographer who speaks Korean or Chinese is unavailable, we will proceed with an English-speaking photographer.

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation within 48 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

• This product is a plan for couples (participation of 2 people).
• Please select your desired shooting time according to your travel plan.
• An additional charge of ¥5,000 will be incurred for suburban areas.
• We will arrange a photographer who speaks your preferred language, but if their schedule unfortunately does not align, it will be a photographer who can communicate in English.
• The best shots after the photoshoot will be posted on my portfolio and social media. If you do not wish for this, please let me know in advance.
• ＜Request to Customers＞・After your reservation is confirmed, you will be invited to a "LINE" group chat with your assigned photographer or guide for smooth communication during the tour. If you do not have a "LINE" account, please download and register for the app in advance. If you are unable to use LINE, please contact us separately.
